I cannot express how awful this company is. I had a medical device being delivered and for 3 days it didn’t show (the origin company had paid for next day delivery). I don’t over 3 hours on the phone to GLS explaining I was house bound without the delivery and was promised twice is was en route. I was called a liar, shouted at and made cry. They’re entirely ignoring a formal complaint and there’s no other recourse.
