Review for DK. Their web system for "Other options for when you're not available" is flawed. Customer service is existent but behaves like non-existent. I selected delivery to my neighbour which is available on the day the delivery will happen, with a Remark stating Leave the parcel at the door (the building had no password). Come the delivery day, no show. Then they show up a day after, and immediately dropped it off at a pakkeshop further away that my neighbour cannot help with. All Gls staffs especially Anders B. gave useless reply saying "i did not give them permission to leave parcel at door". I insisted for the screenshot of the info in their system, they left out details of receiver (there were 2 names on postbox and door), and also the Remark which states the permission to leave it at door. I had my own screenshot of the 2 names on the confirmation. Typical rubbish corporation, don't get things right, and gives rubbish reply. Good as useless.
