Apparently, GLS stands for “Get Logistics Somewhere Else”, because this company is completely incompetent. Day after day, they falsely claim that delivery was attempted when no delivery ever takes place.When customers call to ask what happened, the response is always the same: no explanation, no accountability, and no solution. It has been weeks trying to receive a single package, while GLS continues to pretend it is a functioning delivery company.Companies should seriously reconsider using GLS as a courier. The level of service is unacceptable, the lack of professionalism is shocking, and the overwhelming number of negative reviews clearly shows this is not an isolated issue. GLS has proven itself to be unreliable and unfit to operate as a delivery service.
Complete lack of care your package. Threw a package worth 130 over my gate even though I was in the house waiting on them. All they had to do ring was ring me or the gate. I have video evidence of these incidents to back up my complaint Yesterday they left medical supplies in the rain yet again I was home waiting for them and today another package worth 130 euro left to rot in the rain. I will avoiding companies who use gls from now on.
