FANTASTIC PRODUCTS!! I have used Zazzle for years. I have always been satisfied with the results. They have great customer service, their app is very user-friendly and it is easy to find and locate your orders and follow tracking and shipping times. Great customer service I can’t stay enough positive.
I will be honest, I took a chance with Zazzle... got custom ordered product for what seemed to be a to good to be true price... for that reason I tried it and thought worst case scenario I would be out a few dollars. But INSTEAD, I got extremely fast service, shipping, AND exactly what the picture showed. Unlike that other fake site garbage. Showed up within a few days as promised, and the product quality was 💯...I don't do reviews, but for this company I will vouch for again and again and this review i hope will help future buyers because they are WORTH IT. I will be purchasing from them again. Mad respect for a small company to do things like a big company can. ❤️
HORRIBLE experience.
Ordered napkins for an event (mind you, it was $160 for 300 small cocktail napkins), and they came looking so cheap, blurry and discolored we cannot use them. Whoever works in their marketing team to fake the design on what it should look like deserves a raise because they certainly fooled me. What a joke of a company - it literally looked like the printer was running out of ink when creating the napkins there is a color line going down the left side of all of them. The font is so blurry that it would be beyond embarrassing to use these for an event. SCAM SCAM SCAM.
Quick turnaround, but the pillowcase was a little ripped near the zipper. It ripped even more when I put the insert in. There was also a lot of hanging threat that gets stuck in the zipper, as well as a random white spot on the pillowcase that doesn’t seem to be a stain but a mistake in the print. Other than that, it turned out nicely.
I received my invitations and they are very nice. However, I didn't get the number of envelopes to match the invitations. This is causing an issue, because now I have to go try to buy envelopes.
The invitation cards I ordered came out beautiful, just as I expected! I didn't expedite shipping, but my order arrived earlier than the estimated delivery window. I loved that I could order only 10 cards, enough for our intimate wedding. No other company can beat Zazzle's pricing. Solid 5 stars!
I was impressed with the expeditious manner in which my concerns were addressed and remedied. They were quite accommodating and seemed to be understanding of my situation. Zazzle has been my go-to company for all things printed for many years and I recommend them often to others.

I have tried soo many times to get a refund on a purchase I never received. I never got a confirmation email about the order, it was purchased through PayPal and it didn’t show up in PayPal but I was charged out of my bank account. They are a scam company do not trust them
Loved the design of the invitations. I wish they were a little big but that’s my fault for not taking out a ruler. The only issue is that they were a little bent and the blue edges of the first two invitations were a little scraped off.
