I was in Italy in July, was meant to receive a delivery from MyProtein, the courier couldn't find the -easy to find- address on a major road in Florence, they didn't deliver mentioning that there were address details missing (while everything was provided). I then provided them and MyProtein with even more details and telephone number, same excuse for the missed delivery. I then provided again the full details and they couldn't deliver... result: the pack was sent back, and I found an alternative supplement company which I prefer to MyProtein... their poor services made their customer MyProtein lose me as a customer... and I had been a customer for over 10 years... I'm mentioning companies names as it's their responsibility the choice of the delivery service, ultimately it is an extension of the service they decide to offer
