Crappy service, I will receive a package from Hungary in the Netherlands, the address is perfect, yet they store it in the parcel center for 10 days without contacting me for further information.
They do not pick up the phone, do not answer my email, I had to reach out to the Hungarian GLS to check it with the dutch branch, based on their input the address is invalid, I confirmed it at least 5 times that it is the right one, promised next day delivery, received an email: Invalid delivery address,cant deliver, it is a joke !!!!!!!!
I will never use this crappy company again.
