Just the worst. I don’t know anybody who likes this company, everytime I see GLS as delivery service it causes bad feelings. Never had a satisfying experience with them. Lately a good example on how intransparent their delivery is. No clear sign when and where my package is and will arrive. I wonder how big companies are eager to work with them. Looking forward to you standard answer which is under all their bad reviews.
