Broken Package and No Accountability-Worst Delivery Experience Ever:
Two and a half months ago, I bought two tablets through the Kleinanzeigen app. The seller sent the package with GLS. I was very careful when opening it because there were two glass items inside. When I opened the package, the larger glass was broken. It was not packed properly — there was only a small piece of white padding between the box and the glass.
I contacted the seller, and he said he would report the issue since the package was insured for €500. After a long time, GLS finally responded yesterday and told him that it was not their responsibility and that they couldn’t do anything about it.☹️
They are a horrible and irresponsible company. We sent them photos immediately after opening the package very carefully. Don’t send your packages with them. They are not responsible for your shipment, and it took them two and a half months to respond.😒
