My delivery should have arrived Friday 2/6, then on 2/7, and now it's 2/9 at 4:pm and GLS/Mountain View dispatch is telling me that the driver attempted delivery at 11:47am today. According to the driver, we were closed today. I let dispatch know that my store is open 7 days a week and the store was not closed today for any reasons. After holding for dispatch for 15 minutes, I was put into a survey queue, which would not allow me to select the lowest rating. Afterward, the call was disconnected.
