If you're trying to run a business, don't waste your time with these clowns. I went through the laborious process of setting up an account with GLS so I could ship wine from Napa to southern California. Scheduled the pick up for Tuesday and they didn't show up. They showed up Wednesday and the GLS driver decided he couldn't wait for 3 minutes for the warehouse to print the bill of lading. Rescheduled for Thursday, they showed up and picked up 16 cases of wine. 12 cases were delivered 2 days later. The 13th case was delivered a week after that. The last 3 cases were lost in transit. Their "exhaustive" trace turned up nothing. That's an 81% success rate. Pitiful! Now I must wait 60 days for them to process my claim for the lost cases.
