If I could give one star, I would. This is a terrible shipping company, they do not tell you when packages get cancelled, or re directed, and if the package gets redirected, out of your control, they make the receiver pay. This company should go out of business, the support chat is terrible and unreliable, it does not answer questions accurately or rely information properly.
