Delivery was attempted during work hours on Friday. When I called customer support, they said they don’t guarantee a call or prior notification before delivery and that another attempt would be made on Monday. Today, Saturday at 11:46am, another attempt was made where the delivery driver waited for only 50 seconds before leaving. It took me less than 30 seconds to put on pants and walk outside to the unmarked van to try and get my package. I knocked on the window, and the gentleman got out of the van to tell me he had already marked the package as ‘non-response’ and that I'd have to wait until Monday! I was standing less than 3 feet away from my package! I am going to call the company I ordered from to stop using GLS. This is beyond ridiculous.
