THEY HAVE YOUNG KIDS ANSWERING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS THAT ARE UNAVAILABLE TO BE HELPFUL, THEY SOUND LIKE THEY ARE HIGH ALL THE TIME.MY CUSTOMER SERVICE REP:CARLOS WAS NOT HELPFUL WHATSOEVER.
