I am extremely upset. My parcel was out for delivery for a day and a half and supposedly delivered today. I have checked every corner of my street, received no phone call or anything and even asked some neighbours if they saw anything. The parcel was late by a week already and it is a personalized present. There is of course no proof of delivery anywhere to be found or a way to say I did not get it without contacting customer service which is alredy conveniently closed. If my parcel was left unattended and taken by someone GLS will have a serious GDPR breach as once again the item is personalized. This is unnaceptable.
