An entirely unacceptable delivery service. I will refrain from ordering from any company that partners with GLS again. My package was stuck in the wrong city for nine days, and instead of rectifying their error, GLS simply returned it to the sender. I couldn't reach their customer service via email or phone; there was no response at all. This level of incompetence and lack of support is outrageous.
