She answers questions immediately and came to the house several times to answer questions that I had. She constantly kept me in the loop of the entire process, from financing to installation to roofing to upgrades on the electric panel. walking me through the tax breaks saved me thousands.
Earl Kapule did a great job explaining the program to my wife and I and was very patient in answering my follow up questions over the next day or two. The only reason we didn't proceed is that we discovered that our homeowner's policy wouldn't pay out if a defect in their equipment or workmanship caused any issues.
