Ordered, got occasionally updated saying they were building wind turbine and then after 2.5 months they said they loaded product for shipping and it would arrive in 2 weeks. 6 weeks later no update, no product and no hope. Be warned, they are terrible.
I bought a system over 2 years ago, they sent turbine 4month after I bought, but no inverter. Still waiting on inverter, and now turbine is out off warranty. It's a fight with them to get inverter or money back. I also think there's an issue with the turbine as it doesn't freely spin.
Complete & total scam…they have had my money with out filling my order for over a year…auto response is always the same “we are building it and it’s coming soon” then they close your ticket.Not sure how UK allows such a blatant scam to carry on. A short investigation by any antitrust agency would have a quick end to this fraudulent operation!In short…run before you spend one dime, you have now been warned!!!

October 28th 2023, i've ordered and paid for a V7 Vertical Wind Turbine (7 KW) + Low Wind Blades. An amount of 1300.00 Euro and upto today i did not receive any product. Every month, since June 2024 i write them an email and leave a ticket but they always promise that the product will come. It is just one big fake company. Please watch out and do not buy from them!
No telephone number on website. I had to open an account to send a message, requesting a call-back. This was declined the following day.Any company that refuses to speak to prospective customers should ring alarm bells. Which is confirmed by all these Trustpilot reviews.The most worrying aspect is that HM Govt apparently permits such scammers to operate without any fear of prosecution.
And again an automatic response, without confirmation of the appointment!!!
