I have my truck in service for two months (60 days)- In need of a leaky EGR, and nobody has information (I called multiple times the service where the vehicle sits and the GMCCanada line) about when the parts will be available if ever. Besides the fact that I was told multiple times that the request has been escalated to the highest level of priority the GMC Canada phone number apparently was created only to protect and cushion the higher tiers of people that can really look into this problem. The phone operators won't put their managers on the phone, "they are terribly sorry though"-(and I don't know why as there is no communication between hierarchies) so you can't actually escalate the issue. I made one big stupid mistake to buy a GMC in August of last year (so the vehicle was down two months out of nine) and I still pay for it. I will just try to post it here and wait. Oh how I miss my 360k, 2011 Toyota Tacoma that ran like a dream. Well, I wanted a piece of american garbage...
