I HAVE A 2024 CHEVROLET SUBURBAN Z71 BRAKES WENT OUT ON ME. DIDN'T KNOW THEY HAD A RECALL ON A COMPUTER UPDATE. I COULD OF REAR ENDED OR RAN SOMEBODY OVER BY ME NOT KNOWING. TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT , I ASKED FOR GOODWILL POINT'S FOR MY INCONVENIENCE ONLY TO BE TURNED DOWN BY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR WHO HASNT SPOKE OR EVEN TALKED TO ME. I HAD SEVERAL ISSUES WITH TRYING TO GET A REFUND FOR MY RENTAL VEHICLE COST WHICH I PAID OUT OF POCKET TO RENT. IT'S BEEN 2 MONTHS AND I STILL HAVENT RECIEVED A REFUND THE GUY AT CHEVROLET MIXED MY VEHICLE UP WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER AND TOLD THEIR ESCALATION TEAM THAT THEY GAVE ME A LOANER VEHICLE IN WHICH IT TOOK ADDITIONAL 2 WEEKS TO GET THEM TO FIND OUT IT WASNT ME IT WAS ANOTHER CUSTOMER. I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE MINE IN WHICH EVERYONE SEEMS TO BE COVERING FOR EACH OTHER AND WOULD NOT PROVIDE ME WITH A CORPORATE NUMBER NOR A CORPORATE EMAIL DIRECT ADDRESS. GMC NEEDS TO DO BETTER.
