I am writing to formally report an unsatisfactory experience I had with one of your representatives, Owne, on April 14, 2026, at approximately 14:35. The purpose of my call was to request an insurance quote.Unfortunately, the interaction did not meet basic customer service standards. The call, which lasted about five minutes, was abruptly ended by the representative without any clear explanation or resolution to my request. This was both unprofessional and frustrating.I believe this matter requires immediate attention. I strongly recommend that you review the call recording to better understand the situation and take appropriate action to ensure such behavior is not repeated.
