I am writing to formally report an unsatisfactory experience I had with one of your representatives, Owne, on April 14, 2026, at approximately 14:35. The purpose of my call was to request an insurance quote.
Unfortunately, the interaction did not meet basic customer service standards. The call, which lasted about five minutes, was abruptly ended by the representative without any clear explanation or resolution to my request. This was both unprofessional and frustrating.
I believe this matter requires immediate attention. I strongly recommend that you review the call recording to better understand the situation and take appropriate action to ensure such behavior is not repeated.

When trying to take my son off my policy I was told that intact insurance had to do that and the broker was unable to do this but I would be contacted as soon as this was done ; I was not contacted and I rand back to be told it still wasn’t done so I asked to make sure my son was removed and let me know ; still got no call back she finally yesterday I rang again and my son still wasn’t removed : eventually after 11 days of trying to get this sorted I was informed that my son was removed from the policy and they gave me the figure for my refund. ; I obviously and quite rightly believed that I would only pay for the period he was insured on my car but I was informed that I had to pay for the eleven days that the broker / intact insurance were Dilly dallying around : why should they pay for companies inefficiency. ; so im currently waiting for them to resolve this very clear cut issue. ; so to say im unhappy and annoyed is an understatement Brian Galway
