Company has got too big. It was a small friendly helpful broker when we started doing business six or seven years ago.Insured three family members cars with them for years. But they have turned into a different company with poor customer service. Twenty minutes listening to a machine before being answered and renewal quotes have gone through the roof. Time to move on.
