There was an issue with the monthly payments app, I had paid my deposit and set up monthly payments. The app wasn’t working I was contacted a few times and I also rang the office a few times. I was told a number of time of the app is down don’t worry your still insured we’ll get this sorted only to come home from holiday and a few days later check the mail box to receive a cheque for half the amount deposit I paid, and the insurance cancelled my policy so was driving around without insurance for over a week unknown to me, Customer service wasn’t great not helpful, no one took accountability and who ever called me back was quite rude. Had to pay the full amount there and then to get insured, I didn’t have time to ring around so had to pay it,
