I contacted GMIB for help with car insurance. They did manage to arrange the insurance, however after that I waited over one month to receive my insurance contract and insurance disc.During this time, I sent several emails asking for updates, but received no replies at all. Because I did not receive the insurance disc, I was stopped multiple times by Gardaí, who questioned why I did not have a valid insurance disc displayed. I had to repeatedly explain that I had not received it from the insurance broker.What is most disappointing is that the company is friendly and responsive only when they are trying to sell you insurance. Once the policy is sold and you need actual help or support, you are completely ignored.This situation caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. The lack of communication and support is unacceptable. I am very dissatisfied with the service and do not recommend contacting this insurance broker.
