If I could give no star I would. I have never in my life written a bad review even when necessary but this cannot go unnoticed..! This company cancelled my insurance in December saying I missed a payment when they cancelled it not even one month after I had only applied, and before that payment was even due I just got a letter in the post, single mam of 3 neurodivergent children who go to different schools at different times and now cannot afford a new insurance policy because this cancellation fee in on my chart it has spiked so my 70 year old father is doing the school runs for me…thanks a million GMIB amazing service and customer satisfaction 👌🏼
