I am writing to formally dispute the ongoing handling of my case, as customer service continues to reference incorrect information despite clear evidence to the contrary.Customer service is stating that the daytime running light module requires programming, which is incorrect for the part I ordered. I conducted my own research and also visited my local GM dealer, who confirmed that part number 22791374 does NOT require programming.Additionally, customer service provided an attachment that actually supports my position, yet it is still being misinterpreted. In that attachment: • Part number 23493477 has a note symbol, includes a GM note, and is visually highlighted with blue shading • Part number 22791374 (the part I ordered) has no note symbol, no GM note, and appears with no shading (white)These are clearly two different part numbers with different requirements. I did not order part number 23493477, and it should not be used as a comparison or justification in my case. Customer service is repeatedly confusing a part I did not order with the one I did, despite the documentation clearly showing otherwise.I have acted in good faith, provided evidence, and obtained dealer confirmation. At this point, I am requesting that this matter be reviewed accurately and resolved appropriately based on the correct part number: 22791374.Please escalate this to a supervisor or management for proper review and resolution.
