Review Time
I gave the 1 star because there's no 0 star. They advertised a part as being available at a much lower price than the competition. After wasting my time placing order through eBay they sent me an email stating that this part is no longer available through GM. My recommendation is to save your time and effort and shop elsewhere.

BUYER BEWARE - SCAMMEROver a week ago I placed an order for car parts, they never mailed anything, car never got fixed, and I'm fighting with them to get a refund. They do not provide a phone number, they do nothing more tha create a tracking number, but they never mail anything. You have to report them to Mastercard or Visa as well as your bank. I filed a complaint with the Texas & New Mexico Attorney Generals office against them. Still have no product or refund.BUYER BEWARE - SCAM ALERT.
I am writing to formally dispute the ongoing handling of my case, as customer service continues to reference incorrect information despite clear evidence to the contrary.Customer service is stating that the daytime running light module requires programming, which is incorrect for the part I ordered. I conducted my own research and also visited my local GM dealer, who confirmed that part number 22791374 does NOT require programming.Additionally, customer service provided an attachment that actually supports my position, yet it is still being misinterpreted. In that attachment: • Part number 23493477 has a note symbol, includes a GM note, and is visually highlighted with blue shading • Part number 22791374 (the part I ordered) has no note symbol, no GM note, and appears with no shading (white)These are clearly two different part numbers with different requirements. I did not order part number 23493477, and it should not be used as a comparison or justification in my case. Customer service is repeatedly confusing a part I did not order with the one I did, despite the documentation clearly showing otherwise.I have acted in good faith, provided evidence, and obtained dealer confirmation. At this point, I am requesting that this matter be reviewed accurately and resolved appropriately based on the correct part number: 22791374.Please escalate this to a supervisor or management for proper review and resolution.
I ordered a new fuel cap for my vehicle from GMPartsStore.com. They emailed me saying it wasn't compatible and that I needed to replace the fuel filler housing with an "updated" version too. I trusted their recommendation as GM parts experts and approved the additional part. When it arrived, the "updated" housing was identical to the original one already on my car – no update, no improvement, just an unnecessary upsell.I contacted them to return the useless housing. Their response? Sure, return it... but I have to pay return shipping plus a 35% restocking fee.I pointed out this was entirely their mistake for recommending the wrong part. They doubled down: "It's your fault for following our recommendation."Are you serious? A company actively pushes unneeded parts, then punishes the customer for trusting them? Avoid GMPartsStore at all costs. Save your money and sanity – shop literally anywhere else for parts.
I used their website to order a part for my truck. I entered the vin number and two completely different parts came up, no help. I entered the vehicle information instead and got one part this time so I ordered it. When I removed the old part from the truck ( a tpms sensor ) I could see that they had sent an incorrect part. Now they won’t refund the parts because I ordered the wrong one from them, using their website and their information to order it.
Well fast shipping is not there. $36 to ship a fuel pump from AZ to NY by way of USPS turtle seems rather much. I did some research on how much a package would cost by USPS and I see $17 for 6lbs. And that is public. Business get a lower rate yet I’m charged $36? I call BS !! And on top of that it won’t get here within the dates the website said when i purchased it. I won’t buy here again ever! But I assume most companies get away with this kind of crap
I entered all of my vehicle information on their site and looked for a front driver side door wire harness to make sure it would fit. Their site claims that Guarantee to fit, I got the part but did not fit. Requested to return the unused part for a refund, was declined because they said I did not put my vin when I checked out. If the part is not for the vehicle don't list as compatible and blame the customer for ordering the wrong part.
1 Star - Extremely Disappointed with Customer ServiceI recently purchased a TPMS sensor kit for my 2017 Chevrolet Suburban from this company, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Despite confirming compatibility on their website, I ended up with sensors that couldn’t be programmed, even by a Chevrolet dealership. When I reached out to customer service, I was met with rude, dismissive responses and no willingness to help.Their customer service team was unprofessional, with one agent even suggesting that I "failed to read their policy page," which, frankly, is an unreasonable expectation from any business. Nowhere during the purchase process was I informed that a VIN was required for verification, nor was there any clear indication that the item could be non-returnable due to being an "electrical item." The tone of their replies was rude and condescending, making the whole experience even more frustrating. It’s incredibly disappointing to purchase a product that doesn’t work, only to be told it's my fault for not following their obscure policies. On top of that, the quality of the products is questionable, as I’m left wondering if I received a defective part. I will be forced to pay additional fees to have new sensors installed after this ordeal, and yet this company seems uninterested in helping.I strongly recommend avoiding this company if you value good customer service and transparency. They seem more interested in hiding behind policies than in actually helping their customers.
