Non-existent customer service. GMPartsStore changed one of my ordered parts to the incorrect part. I attempted reaching them twice before it was shipped, but, to no avail. The wrong items was received May 18, 2020, along with another item that should have been quantity 20, though, received quantity 1. I still have not heard back from anyone after numerous phone calls, emails, and contact form submissions from gmpartsstore.com. I am requesting items be returned for a full credit. My only next step is to report them to the Better Business Bureau if no response in the next 20 days.
