Terrible customer service! They don’t answer or return customer calls. Nor, do they respond to messages left on gmpartsstore.com. Ordered an intake duct on 9/14 and did not receive until 9/26. The part was not mailed until 9/20. 6 days to mail a part in 2019 is WAY too long. No response to three separate status requests via phone answer machine or netsite message.
