Does not give refunds - will make up fake "evidence" for chargeback requests, even if you cancel 5 min after the email notification that you have been billed. Cancelation procedure makes you go through like 5 pages and then wait on them. Bot has plenty of down time during subscription period. Had to change emulators multiple times. Had to wait days for updates from GNBots. Many weeks of being unable to use their service due to slow fixes. Speaking with their customer support and mentioning multiple times not continuing with services but never was a subscription mentioned. Horrible experience with this company. Billing person is incredibly unprofessional to deal with.
