BEWARE! Customers not appreciated or valued. I was a long time customer with this company, and had issues with the BOT not working, especially farming, when I brought it to their attention, and asked for a credit, they canceled my service. I never asked them to cancel the service, I sent them a ticket letting them know why I stopped the payment on the renewal payment (problems with the service not working), and it was less than 24 hours of them trying to process the payment that they DELETED not disabled access, I had asked them about fixing the problems, which it seemed like they were addressing, but then they canceled my account anyhow out of what appeared to be retaliation. GNbots does not care how many instances you have setup, or the amount of data you have spent endless hours setting up, no grace period, they are ruthless and insensitive to their customers and the absolute worst at customer service that I have ever seen.

Does not give refunds - will make up fake "evidence" for chargeback requests, even if you cancel 5 min after the email notification that you have been billed. Cancelation procedure makes you go through like 5 pages and then wait on them. Bot has plenty of down time during subscription period. Had to change emulators multiple times. Had to wait days for updates from GNBots. Many weeks of being unable to use their service due to slow fixes. Speaking with their customer support and mentioning multiple times not continuing with services but never was a subscription mentioned. Horrible experience with this company. Billing person is incredibly unprofessional to deal with.
The bot is very useful and over time it is worth the investment, I use it on 5 accounts but I will soon reach 99 and it definitely saves time.The employees are very open to help and you get answers in MINUTES not hours or days. Don't worry about purchasing the bot even if you have 0 experience.And yes I'm a real human no one paid me to give this review (I play kingshot btw)
the tech was awsome. we worked through bot not loading for 24 hours. in end he was able to spot the timing on the pc was off after a motherboard swap wich made the bot not cooperate and load properly. he showed awsome resilence and determination on getting the problem resolved. thank you!
