I've visited this location multiple times and have repeatedly encountered issues with an associate. He displays unprofessional behavior, lacks basic product knowledge, and offers unsolicited advice on items he clearly doesn't understand. After receiving misleading recommendations and experiencing rudeness during my last return, I won't seek his assistance again. Improved training is clearly needed here.
