Never buy any product from GNC, first they give the wrong product and then later they refuse to take it back, sometimes they say that you did not get the product, sometimes something, sometimes something else.
Just Terrible, I will not be a pro member next year. I call customer service every two weeks twice for my problems to never be resolved. I can never trust customer service anymore. And there web never works. It’s just a headache and a pain in my ass.

He displays unprofessional behavior, lacks basic product knowledge, and offers unsolicited advice on items he clearly doesn't understand. After receiving misleading recommendations and experiencing rudeness during my last return, I won't seek his assistance again. Improved training is clearly needed here.
If negative stars were possible, I would give them! It took three weeks to receive part of my order, and I had to complain to get updates. Ultimately, I was informed that the remaining items weren't being sent despite being in stock. Save yourself the trouble and avoid ordering online.
