I part bought a ticket, with the remainder to pay after 30 days , I actually forgot to pay the remainder - as I was expecting a reminder email - but they don't send them, so I lost my deposit. Whilst talking to customer services I bought another ticket less than 24hrs later , expecting to be able to get a good will refund, as perhaps suggested was a possibility be the staff . but not with this company. its like the friend who owes you £20 but doesn't remind you - untrustworthy....better not have him as a friend ....see the Robotic response below ''We sincerely apologize for the issue you encountered with your advance booking.We would like to inform you that the document you received after completing the advance booking clearly indicated—indeed, it was emphasized—the expiry date of the reservation.When making the booking, it was also specified that:The purchase must be completed within the stated expiry date;To finalize the reservation, it is necessary to contact our Customer Service Center at +39 010 2094 591;If the reservation is not confirmed, the deposit is non-refundable.We sincerely regret that you were unable to confirm your reservation.''It seems insincere, to say the least , it's not the staff , it;s the ethos of a company who don't care. I've used them because they were cheap , that's it . This is obviously how they make up for the difference in price.The food is inedible and on some of the ferries it is impossible to sleep in the chairs , with the noise of a broken loud speaker making noise all night as well as bright fluorescent light.Try to sail with Balearia or even use Direct Ferries to buy your tickets as they remind you ....It took about 3 weeks to get a refund, which is a joke . The Spanish call center number doesn't seem to work either but you can email them on customercare @ gnv.itThe staff on the phone are very helpful .... AVOID AVOID AVOID
