Most recent example of them lying and being cowboys is stating in an email to me that they offer 24/7 “round-the-clock contact with our team, here to support your membership, repair journeys and any queries you may have - whenever you need us”. Tried to click the call us button in the email which didn’t work, I then got the number to call and cancel my membership to find out they aren’t open on a bank holiday Friday or the weekend! Looks like they’ll charge my new membership fee despite me wanting to cancel.
