I spoke to Conor and he was very professional and helpful. Luckily I knew exactly what I was asking for - (we don’t always do we?) But he listened and responded and explained my options. I have given them 4 stars because the engineer hadn’t been yet. I mean he isn’t due until Friday so I’ll probably update this to a 5 then - all being well!
