On 13th April 2026 I filled half the online form to Go Assist for repair of my tumble dryer and electric oven after that they called me several times after that I called myself and I spoke to a lady her name was ALISIJA and she took complete details from me about my tumble dryer and my electric oven she also asked me how old are both your appliances I told her that they are 20 years old then she told me the repair cost will be £198 and £19.85 for warrants and I paid the money When I asked her if my appliance could be repaired, she told me that there is a 65% chance that parts would be needed, otherwise it could be repaired without parts. ALISIJA gave me a lot of assurances and promised me big things and said that first you will pay the money, only then the engineer will come to your house to repair your tumble dryer and electric oven. Then I paid £198 and £19.85 from my credit card on 13th April 2026. When the engineer came to my house and opened and checked my tumble dryer and my electric oven. He did not even touch the oven and the engineer said that both your appliances will require parts which have gone bad, then I asked the engineer whether the parts of my tumble dryer and oven are available or not and what will be the price, then the engineer said that the parts are available but I do not know the price, I will go to the office and send the quotation of the parts, you will accept the price of the parts, only then I will bring the parts to fix your tumble dryer and electric oven, I said okay, after some time Go Assist people sent me an email on that mail they had written that the parts of your tumble dryer and electric oven are not available, hence your tumble dryer and electric oven cannot be repaired, then I called up and spoke to Go Assist people, I spoke to a lady, that lady's name was VERY and I asked her to return the money that I had given to you, then VERY said that your money cannot be returned, I was shocked and I came to know that I have been defrauded, the Go Assist people have scammed me and I spoke to the lady I told VERY that when I spoke to AliSIJA and paid the money, she did not tell me that if for some reason our engineer is unable to repair your tumble dryer and electric oven, then your money will not be refunded and when ALISIJA took all the details and asked for the model number, could she not have advised me that parts for the 20 year old appliance were not available, she kept me in the dark, when I told this to VERY, she mailed me and said that if we had not told you earlier that your Even if the tumble dryer and electric oven aren't repaired, you won't get your money back, so what? I told VERY that I'm unemployed and dependent on the government, UNIVERSAL CREDIT but they still didn't listen. I've been suffering from DEPRESSION and ANXIETY for the past seven years. I saved this money with great difficulty, and the GoAssist people swindled me out of it. So my only request to you is to beware of these scammers and help me. I request someone to tell me that How can I get rid of it Scammer How do I get my money back from fraudsters and scammers like Go Assist? I will inform my job centre on Monday 20:04-26 and I also have an appointment at the Citizen Advice Bureau. They will provide me a good lawyer and only then will I get justice. I take SERTRALINE 150mg tablet for my DEPRESSION and ANXIETY and I am unable to sleep due to ANXIETY , so I take MIRTAZAPINE 15mg for that, only then I can sleep. I have been suffering from ANXIETY ever since Go Assist cheated me and scammed me. It is happening and my depression has also increased, I am not lying, I will get it proved from my GP that this disease of mine is real and I am suffering from this disease for the last 7 years, I want my money back and I want justice and nothing else.
