This is the first time I ever felt defrauded. Contacted to come fix my washing machine and they told me that they would fix everything on-site (paid about £112). I asked about parts and they say "most times, parts won't be needed". They sent one rude engineer who took a short time to assess the issues and said we needed to get some part (about £113). After about 8-10days, the engineer came again, spent fewer minutes and said they fixed the parts and it isn't working. Next, I now have to pay about £158 to get another part. I asked them, how much is a new machine that I have to pay nearly £400 to fix an old machine. I have already spent £225 without result and there is absolutely no guarantee that it would work after I pay for the new part. I feel sucked in and ripped off. If I was told the full cost of repair and parts from beginning, I wouldn't have paid for the initial parts. I felt to his it to get me committed. Classic fraudulent behaviour. I called the CC and the agent kept repeating script. I just wasted money on a service I never received successfully. Thank you so much "go defraud". May God reward you with fraud. Psm 18.
