I was misled into thinking that my tumble dryer would be fixed same day or the next day
On this information I paid £159 but the engineer came and said it would take a week to order the part and maybe 2 weeks
Despite having explained the problem I was told it would be fixed
As an emergency service I think it lacks in the service
