Hi there, I was recently taking an exam with you guys, my technician was Jose P. I understand that your guys's protocol is checking the surroundings, but when I am told to move pieces of clothing, that is ridiculous. I had moved my blanket up to cover my chest more and the proctor got mad and asked if it was a jacket. Then, when a small noise is heard he stops the test and makes me recheck the room. Again, I understand, but here is the kicker. I was moving my lips to understand my exam a little better as I am dyslexic with vertigo and have a very hard time reading sometimes, I am told that I am not allowed to speak or move my lips at all during the exam. That's not all either, but that is so ridiculous. You crossed the line when I was told not to move my lips and ruined my test for me. Then it gets unsent, because I had left! I am very upset and I was very uncomfortable during that hour. Even more upset that I had paid for that. I really would like my money back. Thanks. (This was my email to the customer service) Telling me to remove articles of clothing and going through my closet, and making it to where I can't understand my test. This was disgusting and set up for failure.
