LIES HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

i purchased a card yesterday at the store and deposited funds . After I activated the card a smaller window popped up cotaining False information !!! I was trying to make an online payment for my internet and it declined abiut 3 times. i reached out to go2bank through chat amd after i let her know what was going on this person kept repeating the same answer everey time i sent a reply so a good 8 times [ you need to provide the documentation required for access to the account*i I sent them the screenshot of the pop up message i recieved because i chose not to verify my identity bc I don{t have an id on me....both the app and desktop site provided me with the same alert that my account was considered limited featured and this included me having access to view my balances and use the money in the account!!!!!! The chat agent clealry was not interested in helping me at all infact I am sure she blocked my acct because i advised them i was going to call instead , by the time the agent asnwered it wasalready locked and he kept repeating the same thing as the chat agent i needed to provide documentation in order for me to use my money , he also told me that my transactions were declining because i had the temporary card . Irepeated my self to him for a good 15 minutes and he was trying to help or at least it felt like it to me i felt he had sympathy not empathy ! When we purchase temp cards you can use your funds as soon as you activate it the idenity verificatiojn is needed if amd when you request your personal card ! again the system it self provided me with the features limited features that were available to me USE THE MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT MAKE PURCHASES! So why the hell are their agents locking my account because i decided for one of the 2 available options they provided me with (app , system) agent also told me I could not make purchases nor withdrawl money from my card because since it needed to use a pin and that is only available when they send me my personal card!!! wth so i have to wait until i recieve my personal card!? I SHOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO USE THE FREAKEN TEMP CARD ! seriously this company is just horrible and I know the whole " the customer is always right" crap has been misused and abused but in this case i provided the proof i was talking or chatting with a brick wall i asked to speak with a manager and they told me they were going to tell me the same thing they had already provided me with to uplaod an id ! I DON'T NEED TO ACCORDING TO THEIR SYSPTEM WTH this is so crazy no they ,made me feel crazy , seriously peple we don't need to be dealing with companies like this choose another one because go2bank could give 2 F's about their potential clients !
