I ordered shoes and paid $249 for them along with an additional $50 for delivery. However, when the delivery service arrived, they demanded payment again! I explained that I had already paid and showed them the receipts. They stated that the service had not received the delivery fee, so they couldn't hand over my order. I was taken aback! I reached out to the company, but they refused to take any responsibility. Why did they charge me $50 if I had already paid? It's unacceptable to be charged for delivery twice. This experience has been frustrating!
