First time ordering from GOAT, and unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst online shopping experience.
After placing an order the status stayed in "shipped_goat" for over 7 days (178+ hours) with no tracking information available.
It was marked as a shipment delay due to a courier issue.
I reached out multiple times asking for a clear explanation — whether the issue was with the seller, the carrier, or the warehouse. The responses I received were very generic: apologies, and Al generated but no concrete reason, no real transparency, and no proper timeline.
After waiting and following up repeatedly, the order was suddenly canceled by the seller. They have the option to not ship and just print a waybill. They do this because they found a much higher selling price.
For international customers paying high shipping fees, better communication and stronger seller accountability should be expected.
Unfortunately, this experience makes it difficult for me to trust ordering from GOAT again.

If you want the end sneakers and the flyest kicks and you want to be that guy you go to go because anywhere else is just knock off trash. Seriously this place has everyone's size everyone's type whether your man female kid whatever alien they will have the shoes for you and if they don't they'll go out and find them and then put them up at a reasonable price too. They sell everything from brand new sneakers in box to like new sneakers without a box which I still find I would buy brand new sneakers without a box for $200 cheaper and still be happy as hell that I got the shoes. Go is the one that treats you like in crowd like what we didn't get to feel like growing up they treat us like we're the celebrities with these cuz shoes now and it's nice to be part of the In crowd and part of the community and goat does that for me!!

I have ordered shoes from GOAT previously but their customer service is horrible and I no longer trust this company to purchase shoes. I had ordered shoes and received in the past with no issues then last year I ordered a pair of shoes and never received my item lucky my bank refund me but no thanks to GOAT. I recently ordered another pair for my son and it was the only site that had the shoes. I had a tracking number and UPS stated that Goat requested for my package to be returned back to Goat. I have paid for these shoes in full and have not received my product once again. Goat does not offer a live person to speak with and is starting to wonder if they are a scam. I want either my shoes I ordered or a complete refund. Do not order from them

This website automatically chose the size of sneakers for me which were 3.5 and when I tried to change the order, there was no way for me to do so. In order to cancel the order I would have to download the app. Once I downloaded the app it would not let me sync my order with my profile. When customer service finally got back to me with an answer via email, it was a day later and they could not cancel the order because it was past the 3 hour policy they have. Will never order from this site again. They make it easy to purchase but hard to cancel or return orders. Also they have no phone number for customer service.

Very disappointed with the delivery charges!

I ordered shoes and paid $249 for them along with an additional $50 for delivery. However, when the delivery service arrived, they demanded payment again! I explained that I had already paid and showed them the receipts. They stated that the service had not received the delivery fee, so they couldn't hand over my order. I was taken aback! I reached out to the company, but they refused to take any responsibility. Why did they charge me $50 if I had already paid? It's unacceptable to be charged for delivery twice. This experience has been frustrating!

I had a fantastic experience. Although the transaction took a little longer than expected, it was due to the discovery that the original items ordered were used. The team at the company promptly informed me and addressed the issue quickly, which is why I continue to choose this industry leader!

Still waiting for my refund since December.

I have yet to receive my refund for sneakers ordered back in December. The owners of the company give off a shady impression. I'm seriously considering involving legal help to recover my money. In the meantime, I strongly advise against purchasing from this service, as they seem untrustworthy.

Disappointing experience with the service.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service. I was charged around 15 dollars for shipping and received the product after three weeks. Overall, a frustrating experience; I won't be purchasing from them again.

Satisfactory experience with some drawbacks

I appreciated being able to find what I was looking for. However, I was not pleased with the shipping duration or the fact that my items arrived in separate shipments. I hope the pricing improves, but overall, it wasn't a terrible experience, and I would consider using the platform again.
