First time ordering from GOAT, and unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst online shopping experience.
After placing an order the status stayed in "shipped_goat" for over 7 days (178+ hours) with no tracking information available.
It was marked as a shipment delay due to a courier issue.
I reached out multiple times asking for a clear explanation — whether the issue was with the seller, the carrier, or the warehouse. The responses I received were very generic: apologies, and Al generated but no concrete reason, no real transparency, and no proper timeline.
After waiting and following up repeatedly, the order was suddenly canceled by the seller. They have the option to not ship and just print a waybill. They do this because they found a much higher selling price.
For international customers paying high shipping fees, better communication and stronger seller accountability should be expected.
Unfortunately, this experience makes it difficult for me to trust ordering from GOAT again.
