I had a very disappointing experience with Goat Funded Trader.
I received payout denials twice despite successfully trading and generating profits on my account.
The reason given was “multiple accounts accessed from the same device,” even though:
* I traded only on my own account
* There was no credential sharing
* Trading decisions and execution were fully independent
It appears that even sharing the same environment (device or network) between different users can lead to account breach and payout rejection. This rule feels extremely strict and can catch traders off guard.
Additionally, my experience with customer support was poor:
* Responses were significantly delayed
* Communication was not clear or helpful
I also faced platform-related issues/bugs during my trading experience, which added to the overall frustration.
This is something traders should be clearly aware of before purchasing an account.
In my opinion, the rules around device/IP usage and overall support experience make this firm difficult to rely on for consistent payouts.
I recommend traders fully understand these conditions before investing money into this firm.
