If I could give negative stars, I WOULD! I ordered a pair of shoes for my husband and they sent me a hoodie instead. I have the order confirmation and tracking number. I tried to do a return for refund and the representative said that we have 2 different tracking numbers. Which was weird because it's for the same order which is not a mistake on my end. They said they couldn't approve the return request due to both tracking numbers coming from different states. MIND YOU SHE SENT ME THE FIRST TRACKING NUMBER TO TRACK MY ORDER!! The only communication has been through email you can't even call anyone. On top of that the representative takes more than a week to respond. We've been having a conversation about this since February which exceeds the 30 return request. Also the shoes I ordered cost more than the hoodie that was sent. I am so frustrated with how this company handles there customers it's ridiculous! NEVER AGAIN!
