The customer service is the best I have ever encountered. Sadly my item was lost in the mail, but marked delivered. So even though shipping was insured, the "delivered" status negated that.They helped me track it from Madrid to Staten Island to Georgia to who knows where. In the end they offered me a replacement, store credit, or a refund, even though it was a loss for them.I cannot stress enough how helpful and caring they are to their customers.
