I ordered an autographed photo for a friends birthday, and it arrived just in time and looks identical to the image shown on their web page. Overall I’m pleased, and the only reason I’m not giving a full 5 Stars is because the prices are a bit on the higher side.

The customer service is the best I have…

The customer service is the best I have ever encountered. Sadly my item was lost in the mail, but marked delivered. So even though shipping was insured, the "delivered" status negated that.They helped me track it from Madrid to Staten Island to Georgia to who knows where. In the end they offered me a replacement, store credit, or a refund, even though it was a loss for them.I cannot stress enough how helpful and caring they are to their customers.

I needed some assistance with shipping…

I needed some assistance with shipping and Julia was exceptional at providing help. I knew it was happening the whole time and got my delivery. The item was packaged incredibly well and I was very happy with the entire process. This is the second time I've ordered from them and would continue to order from them again.
