The experience was unacceptable. During a chocolate-making session, we were provided with toilet paper to clean our hands, and there was no fridge to set the chocolates, relying only on air conditioning. On a warm day, half of the chocolates didn't set. The chocolatier was 30 minutes late, and we were on a hen party. I complained to the manager, who was unhelpful. I strongly advise against booking this experience.
