Disappointing Experience for a Birthday Celebration

Last year, we celebrated my daughter's birthday at a local venue. I cannot recommend it. On that day, two additional parties were taking place in the cramped area, leaving insufficient space for our guests. Moreover, three individuals were erroneously included on our guest list, resulting in a $75 charge. We requested a refund, but the management declined.

Overpriced

Overpriced. How can they charge £7.95 for a baby who isn’t even walking? With two other kids and two adults, a total of £33 is outrageous. Not going back.

Frustrating Food Policy

I find it frustrating that bringing your own packed lunch isn't allowed, especially when the food offered is overpriced and unappetizing. It feels like they are pressuring families into buying food they don't want. This outdated approach to business needs to change; it's unfair to families on a limited budget.

Great at Taking Money, Poor Service

They are very efficient at taking your money upfront but lack in delivery and are impossible to contact for follow-ups. There are no phone numbers available, and I still haven't received my order. My emails have gone unanswered.

Very Poor Quality

Very poor quality; my daughter is not even a size 3, yet everything ordered was a size 4, and we couldn't even get it on her. The products were subpar, and since we removed the tags thinking they'd fit, we were told it was our mistake. Rude service and low quality.

Poor Communication and Service

The service and communication were terrible. I had to repeatedly follow up for a delivery date, and when I wanted to return an item, they completely ignored me. Contacting them or the seller was only possible via email, making it easy for them to avoid responding. After threatening to cancel my payment, I finally received a reply, and the item was picked up for a refund, but I won't use them again.

Unpleasant Experience After Many Years

After using this service for a decade, I went for a wash, cut, and blow-dry. The stylist made me uncomfortable, seeming rushed and inattentive. She cut my hair haphazardly and didn't blend it well. The atmosphere was awkward, with staff bustling around me. I expected a great experience like I had ten years ago but was let down. They need training in customer interaction; the cutting and styling were shockingly poor.
